- The residential certificate should be issued by Gazetted officer/MLA/Zila Parishad Sabhadhipati/Mayor of Municipal Corporation.

| Education | - Passed 10+2 Examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and vernacular.
- Desirable performance in joint entrance (JENPAUH) examination conducted by the university.

| Selection Process | - Selection will be based on JENPAS(UG) merit list and counselling as per INC Guideline.

| Medical Fitness | Candidate should be medically fit. |
| Vacation | As per norms laid down by West Bengal University of Health Sciences. |
| Examination | - University examination will be conducted every semester on the subjects covered during that respective semester.
- No students should be allowed to appear in the examination without 80% of attendance in the theory classes and 100 % attendance in clinical field.
